There's a lot to be done to positively identify what is missing, what is keeping the organization from becoming a true "Learning Organization."

We can do many things right, and yet find ourselves long away from the safe harbor. It is one thing to create changes. It is totally different thing to embed the changes within the organizational culture in a way that sustains.

In the "Learning Organization" section, each header leads to the next. In this section, however, you can find important, independent articles and tools. I believe they shed some light on few of the core issues when we talk about people, relationships, partnership, etc.

The articles are not the answers, but rather the triggering questions in order to draw your attention.
The unique way of Houlite, as it is being reflected in these articles, is your leverage to becoming a true Learning Organization, organization in which human-beings are appreciated as the most important aspect of the business.
